3. EMOLUMENTS:
PAY: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. They will draw salary in the scale of Rs.10000-470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7-18240 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA, & CCA as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly emoluments of Junior Management Grade Scale I Officers, including DA, HRA, CCA, are approximately Rs. 18000/- in a Metropolitan Centre. (The scale of pay is under revision.)
4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND GENERAL INFORMATION:

Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR Any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government. Should be computer literate (Proficient in MS-office, basic applications, internet usage.etc)

Note :
(1) Graduate Candidates who have not passed XIIth Standard Examination but have passed Diploma course after Xth Standard with 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ ST/PWD). are eligible for the captioned recruitment, provided:
(a) Diploma course passed must be a minimum of Two years duration full time course (Diploma course through correspondence are not eligible)
(b) The Diploma course should be recognised/ approved by the State Board of Technical Education of the concerned State /UT.
(2) The percentage of marks in XIIth Std./ Diploma Course/ Graduation shall be arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects by aggregate maximum marks of all subjects irrespective of optional/ additional optional subjects studied. Upper age is relaxable by

The Union Public Service Commission will hold the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2010 on 23 May, 2010 for recruitment to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and certain other Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Central Services/Posts. 1. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
(a) Age Limits
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 2010, i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1980 and not later than 1st August, 1989. The upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
(b) Educational Qualifications

Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination.

In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50% for General Candidates. Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained by Post from the Board by sending a written request with a Demand Draft for Rs. 850/- for General/OBC Category and Rs, 500/- for SC/ST Category payable to the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi
alongwith a Self-Addressed Envelope of size 12″x10″. The request must reach to the Board on or before 18-11-2009. The request should be superscribed as “Request for Information Bulletin and Application Form for AIPMT-2010″.

Online: Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.aipmt.nic.in from 20-10-2009 (10.00 A.M.) to 27-11-2009 (5.00 P.M.). Instructions for sending online application, payment oi fee and computer generated printout are available on the Board’s website. Fee of Rs. 300/- for General/OBC Category Candidates and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST Category Candidates may be remitted in the following ways
1. By Credit Card, or
2. Through Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board ol Secondary Education, Delhi drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.

IIT JEE 2010 (Joint Entrance Exam) notification on October 31, 2009
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an all-India examination administered and conducted in eight IIT zones across the country by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) for admission to undergraduate courses at all IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi and ISMU, Dhanbad
Examination Schedule: April 11th (Sunday), 2010, Paper 1 – 09.00 – 12.00 hrs, Paper 2 – 14.00 – 17.00 hrs
Paper-1 and Paper-2 will each have separate sections in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. Both papers will be of objective type, designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates. Syllabus for this examination will be available on the website of all IITs. The candidate will have the option of submitting the application form either on-line or off-line.
